Fallen Angel

Fallen Angel by CSV (Chris Speed Visuals) is a grime-infused record consisting of presets from an algorithmically sequenced Korg Triton synthesizer. CSV’s debut is a product of the future garage / wave scenes while also embracing more experimental influences.

Recorded over winter using his Dad’s old dictaphone and FM radio broadcasts as sonic material, CSV arranges this into dense atmospheres wreathed in the sound of rain and tape hiss. Contrasting sensual vocals with wonky UKG beats and a dubstep low end, Fallen Angel is a contemplative EP both for the dance floor and solo listening experiences.
